We deliver exclusively within the European Union as well as to Iceland and Vatican City.

The following flat-rate shipping charge applies once per order:
Germany and Austria: €4.95

In the case of partial deliveries, the flat rate is charged only once. For orders of €100.00 or more, no shipping costs apply within Germany and Austria. Free shipping does not apply to deliveries to the other delivery countries.

The goods are dispatched promptly after receipt of the order. On average, dispatch takes place no later than 5 working days after receipt of the order. The standard delivery time is 10 days unless otherwise stated in the item description. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days.

If a right of withdrawal exists and is exercised, the customer bears the costs of returning the goods.
